MPF-KL 436.2 ~ Kleiberit

The process of laminating 3D foils on routed and shaped wood based materials (mainly MDF) is predominantly found in the production of furniture fronts (kitchen doors, panelled doors, wardrobe doors) and door panels.
Low viscous, easy to spray dispersions based on polyurethane (PUR) are primarily used.

They feature:
•    high temperature resistance
•    high water and steam resistance
•    good adhesion to PVC, PP, PET and ABS foils
•    very high green strength

1C / 2C PUR Dispersions

Color of dispersion  blue
Color after drying bluish transparent
Viscosity [mPa.s] 800
Hardener 5 % 807.0
Reactivation up to 24 h
Optim. nozzle diameter [mm] 1,2 - 1,7
Reactivation temp. [°C ] from 50
Heat resistance (depending on material) [°C] without hardener: 90
with hardener: 120
Characteristics low reactivation temperature, very high heat resistance, cost effective
